Melanie's Restaurant was launched on the 9th October 2007, everything from the bread to the ice cream is made on the premises.

We are commited to local sourcing and have recently been Highly Commended in the 'Taste of Lincolnshire awards 2009'. Taste of Lincolnshire was set up by Lincolnshire County Council to promote the use of locally sourced and produced food and drink. 

We always strive to achieve the highest standards of food safety and hygiene, this has been recognised by the Environmental Health Office who recently awarded the Restaurant 3 stars for excellent food safety standards.
